to enable seekers of all ages to expand their prayer lives and worship
through discovering the dance that dwells within every soul - as well
as the wholeness that flows from connecting body-mind-heart-spirit
in the joyous communion of dance.
Yoga: to enable seekers of all ages, new to or familiar with yoga, to enjoy total health, wholeness and well-being offered to those on the path of yoga. Poetry: to enable seekers of all ages to explore the wonder of words, the magic of metaphor and poetry, portals to the imagination and creation. A
